Story Behind the Painting

I have always loved places that carry traces of time. Old stones seem to hold little stories of their own, reminding us of everything that has come and gone while nature quietly continues its work.
With this series, I wanted to explore the idea of new life appearing among old ruins. Weathered stones become more than a reminder of the past; they become a setting for colour, nature and little moments of discovery.
Each of the four paintings has its own personality. Together, they create a small world where the old and the new meet, and where even a forgotten corner can hold a little magic.
Sometimes, all we need is to look a little closer to discover that life is still finding its way through the stones.
